Cartridge heaters

Volta heating cartridges are used for efficient heating of liquids. The electrical, individually configurable heating elements offer the advantage of optimal adaptation to the process conditions. The comparatively large wall thickness makes the heating cartridges particularly resistant under difficult operating conditions.

The cartridge heaters are available in the diameters 25mm, 35mm and 50mm in different lengths in various variations with individual tension, power, load and immersion depth.

Depending on the customer's needs, either model series can be defined individually or there is a design that is optimized for each project. The design at Volta is carried out according to the relevant framework conditions and process parameters.
